Pre-Experience Planning

Prior to the event, we hold a brief consultation with the organiser to understand the day's objectives. Whether the focus is team building, leadership development, or simply a memorable corporate outing, the sailing program is tailored to align with the participants’ profiles and the desired outcomes.

Executive Strategy Day Experience
09:00 – 17:30

This full-day executive experience blends structured discussion time with relaxed sailing moments, creating a natural rhythm that encourages both productivity and creativity.

The yacht provides both indoor meeting space in the air-conditioned salon and outdoor discussion areas in the cockpit overlooking the sea.

​

Between sessions, the team can relax on deck, enjoy the views of Malta’s coastline, or even participate in sailing the yacht.
